The table prices for each bird show are as follows:

$75 – One Table

$150 – Two Tables

$225 – Three Table Package

$180 – Four Table Package

Vendor Schedule 

Load-in 6:30am-9am 

The first block will be from 9am-11am (clear/clean for 30 minutes) 

The second block will be from 11:30Am-1:30pm (clear/clean for 30 minutes) The third and final block will be from 2pm-4pm 

The show will end at 4pm 

The VIVID team and Vendors will tear down and load out from 4pm-6pm
